One-bedroom apartment 40 m2 , that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located close to the pool and constist of: Bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single bed, separate fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 1 single sofa-bed, bathroom and a spacious terrace by the pool with side sea view.
APARTMENT B
Apartment 45 m2: kitchen with dining table & a double sofa-bed which can accommodate either two children or two adults, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe, bathroom and balcony with panoramic sea view (Corfu – Paxos / Antipaxos). The kitchen has a large oven, large fridge, and all the necessary utensils.
Studio Double C
Studio-bungalow 20 sqm with spacious & private terrace which offers panoramic sea view. The studio has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe and a bathroom.
Studio Triple D
The bungalow-studio is newly built (2018) and completely independent from the main building. Located a level below the swimming pool, it has a large independent terrace with panoramic sea view. The studio is a 25 sqm and has a double bed, one single sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a oven / fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils, a wardrobe and a bathroom.

Sivota
The Sivota is a picturesque village on the Ionian coast. They are only half an hour from Igoumenitsa (capital of the prefecture of Thesprotia, where they belong) and is the most cosmopolitan resort area. Sivota are built in an idyllic landscape: green hills around a magnificent bay islands reminiscent of Norwegian fjords, crystal clear waters and pristine beaches that justifies Sivota attract thousands of tourists from Greece and abroad every year.
Sivota are known since ancient times, as historical research associate of the islands in the bay of Sivota referred to by Thucydides’ Sivota islands, among which was in 433 BC battle between Corfu and the Corinthians during the Peloponnesian War.
Sivota from rural settlement which was until recently, evolved in recent years an important tourist resort. The beautiful beaches of the Great Sand, Little Sand, Bella Vraka and others, the organized marina and the excellent tourist facilities attract locals and tourists.
